Privacy policy

We process very little data, and we explain it in a few lines. This policy is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and by Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What we process

Whatever you send us by email or WhatsApp: your address, your name if you sign it, and what you tell us. This site has no forms, no registration and no user accounts.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to manage the contractual relationship. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not add you to mailing lists.

Legal basis

Your consent when you contact us and, where a professional relationship exists, performance of a contract and compliance with the associated legal obligations.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. We do rely on technology providers — email, hosting and site protection — which act as data processors, handle the data only on our instructions, and are bound by a processing agreement.

International transfers

Some of those providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Where that entails an international transfer, it relies on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses, with any additional safeguards required.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with it and, where invoicing is involved, for the periods required by commercial and tax law. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by writing to the address above. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, and sets no cookie that would require your consent. The analytics we use work without cookies and without identifying you.

Changes to this policy

If the way we process data changes, we will update this page. The published version is always the one in force.
